Started off with an introduction followed by stretching to warm up our muscles for the next activity - Stunting!

Exchange with NUS Alpha Verve - 13th July 2013
Some ice breaking games to hype everyone up! We played see-who-can-not-blink-the-longest-game *points at Louis*
Some PT followed by stretching!
Ended the exchange with a challenge of who's able to hold a stunt at extended level the longest!
And again, we can never leave an exchange without exchanging gifts :)
