Just a short update! First of all, i'd like to say Good job to everyone who have completed the PT yesterday! No doubt everyone has improved bit by bit! So let's keep up the good work. You guys will grow stronger after every training. Remember, never give up because our greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising up every time we fail! Just believe in yourself & if you can do that, you can make anything happen(:
Juniors, i hope y'all still remember the techniques that we had taught you for stunts. We're gonna go up to another level next training! We don't wanna always be stucked at the same stunt right? So let's all come ready & hungry to learn for tomorrow's training! Tomorrow's training will be at Forum, 1730pm as usual. Report 15mins earlier! Those who have UT or cannot make it for tomorrow's training, don't forget to inform Coach & YanLing about it.
